Position: Area Sales Manager – South Region

Role Overview:
Jetstar Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – South Region to expand the company’s market presence in Southern India. This role requires extensive field sales, marketing activities, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
This is an individual contributor role where the candidate will independently manage sales, marketing activities, customer visits, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Prepare sales forecast, develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Analysing market trends, setting performance targets, building distribution networks, and leading sales
- Conduct regular customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships with industrial clients and manufacturing units.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, order processing, and project execution.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the region.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates, and sales records.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / related field preferred).
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in industrial machinery, printing technology, automation, or manufacturing industry sales.
- Prior experience handling territory-based field sales roles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
