Core Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions, specifically focusing on advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- API Development: Build robust, high-performance, and asynchronous backend services and APIs using FastAPI to serve AI models.
- LLM Orchestration: Implement complex AI workflows, agents, and prompt engineering pipelines using LangChain/LangGraph.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, and Data Engineering) to integrate AI features into enterprise applications seamlessly.
- Optimize & Scale: Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize LLM outputs for accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Technical Requirements
- Core Language: Minimum 5 years of strong, production-grade Python development experience.
- GenAI Ecosystem: Deep expertise in RAG architecture, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, ChromaDB), and semantic search optimization.
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience building complex orchestration layers using LangChain (or LlamaIndex).
- Backend: Proficiency in FastAPI for building clean, fast, and well-documented RESTful APIs.
- Deployment & MLOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
- Best Practices: Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code practices, and version control (Git).
