Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist with daily HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in candidate sourcing and interview scheduling
- Support joining formalities and onboarding process
- Maintain employee data and HR records
- Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters and reports
- Coordinate internal communication and engagement activities
- Help track attendance and support payroll coordination
- Assist in training and performance-related activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
