Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided by the company.
- Convert mature leads into prospects, meet interested customer for discussion on Solar Projects.
- Explain solar solutions, project scope, and value proposition clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the GM Sales for final negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain proper records of calls, visits, and lead status in ERP.
Training & Support
- Complete training will be provided on Solar EPC products, solutions, and sales processes.
- Continuous guidance and support will be provided by the GM Sales and other senior team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresher with BBA/ MBA from a reputed institute.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Solar Industry will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
