Electrical Supervisor/Shift Incharge
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Salary: 20 - 30% hike on current CTC
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical activities during shift operations.
- Handle control panel wiring, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor electrical equipment and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure safety standards and electrical compliance are followed.
- Maintain daily shift reports and documentation.
- Handle electrical maintenance activities related to Heat Treatment and Furnace operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of furnace control systems, temperature panels, and related electrical components.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in control panel wiring and electrical maintenance.
- Experience in Heat Treatment / Furnace industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings, circuits, and furnace electrical systems.
- Ability to manage shift operations independently.
- Good troubleshooting and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
