We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Counselor to guide students, graduates, professionals, and entrepreneurs in selecting suitable skill development and career advancement programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counseling, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding training and certification programs.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inquiries received through phone, email, social media, and website channels.
- Conduct follow-ups and assist candidates throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with the admissions and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve enrollment and counseling targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Strong counseling, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand career aspirations and learning needs.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, education, training, or customer relationship management preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
