Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our global sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete sales cycle—from identifying the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and generating leads to outreach, client meetings, proposal management, negotiation, and closing deals.
The candidate must have a proven track record of generating revenue and successfully selling IT services in international markets, particularly the US, UK, and Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies for international markets.
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling IT services to international clients.
- Strong exposure to the US, UK, and Middle East markets.
- Demonstrated achievements backed by revenue numbers, deal sizes, or sales targets.
