Core Responsibilities
- Patrolling: Conduct routine foot or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior to ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure.
- Access Control: Monitor entry points, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and prevent unauthorized individuals or vehicles from entering.
- Monitoring: Operate and oversee surveillance cameras (CCTV), alarm systems, and building controls to detect suspicious activity.
- Incident Response: Act as the first responder to alarms, disturbances, and medical emergencies, coordinating with local police, fire, and medical departments as needed. [1, 2, 3]
- Reporting: Document daily activities, irregularities, and detailed incident reports regarding theft, property damage, or safety hazards.
- Key Skills & Qualifications
