Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their educational requirements, and guiding them toward suitable courses and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with interested students.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission processes.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Inside Sales preferred.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹30,412.58 - ₹50,535.06 per month
