Role: One-on-one classroom support for a single Class 3 student (10-12 years old).

Build Focus: Help the student keep their books organized, stay seated, and finish their classwork on time.
Gentle Guidance: Use a warm, patient approach to keep the child calm and confident if they get overwhelmed by a difficult subject.
Social Encouragement: Help the student interact positively with classmates during group work, lunch, and recess.
