Position 2: Mid-Level Air & Ocean Operations Professional
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Office Timings - 10 Am-6 Pm
Working Days - 5 (Mon- Fri)
Weekly Off - 2 Days Fixed Off ( Saturday & Sunday )

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily air and ocean freight operations.
- Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, consolidators, and freight partners.
- Handle import/export documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate customs clearance processes and compliance requirements.
- Maintain shipment records and update internal systems.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Optimize freight routes, transit times, and operational costs.
- Prepare operational reports and shipment performance updates.
- Ensure service quality standards are maintained.
- Support process improvement initiatives within air and ocean operations.
- Work closely with clients, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in air and ocean freight operations.
- Knowledge of:
- Export & Import Documentation
- Freight Forwarding Processes
- Customs Procedures
- International Trade Compliance
- Experience coordinating with carriers, consolidators, and freight forwarders.
- Familiarity with logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and reporting systems.
- Understanding of eCommerce logistics and U.S. destination operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
