Job Summary
We are hiring Field Support Executives to manage on-site operations and ensure smooth functioning of digital signage systems at client locations. This role involves travel, hands-on technical work, and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support by visiting client locations to monitor and maintain digital screens
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of digital signage equipment
- Handle troubleshooting and emergency support to resolve technical issues quickly
- Coordinate with clients to understand problems and ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with internal teams to report and prioritize technical issues
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in field support, technical service, or a similar role
- Basic technical knowledge of hardware, networking, or electronics (preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
Mandatory
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Valid driving license

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
