We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in the grain storage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients, converting prospects into customers, and supporting marketing initiatives for turnkey grain storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the grain storage sector.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present customized turnkey solutions and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM processes.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Prior experience in sales/business development is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of agriculture or grain storage industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
