Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the office team for smooth customer service.
- Build positive customer relationships through courteous communication.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
