Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shop floor operations and production staff
- Ensure production targets are met on time
- Monitor product quality and safety compliance
- Maintain production reports and records
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Train and guide workers
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of production experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
