About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Customer Support Technical Engineer to provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and customer assistance for our electronic and defence technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring smooth system performance at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through calls, emails, remote access, and on-site visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and service teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Assist customers during installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service reports, and resolution status.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations and user guidance sessions for clients.
- Ensure timely response and closure of support tickets as per company standards.
- Support field deployment activities when required.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and service updates.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of electronics, communication systems, networking, or RF systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of hardware integration and testing.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
- Willingness to travel for field support activities.
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
- Candidates with experience in technical support, service engineering, or customer handling will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
