Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our Karnataka business, with a primary focus on the HoReCa. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in beverages/FMCG sales, distributor management, key account development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
- Generate new business from Retail, HoReCa, and Institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market expansion.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages.
- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
