Project Manager
Department - Civil / Projects
Experience - 10-15 years in Construction / Real Estate
Location - The Saavira, Sector 48, Gurugram (Full-time on site)
Job Purpose
Own end-to-end delivery of The Saavira project. Single point of accountability for time, cost, quality, and safety outcomes across all towers and blocks.
Key Responsibilities
– Project Outcomes: Own all project KPIs – delivery milestones are your personal responsibility
– Make informed trade-off decisions between time, cost, and quality
– Escalate only matters that genuinely require GM intervention
– Team & Deliverables: Review and approve outputs from Engineers and Supervisors (plans, quality reports, billing)
– Conduct daily stand-ups; coach and hold team accountable for performance
– Ensure execution is on track through your team
– Project Control: Milestone tracking and critical path management
– Budget control – approve expenses, track and manage variances
– Stakeholder management – consultants, contractors, authorities, and sales teams
– Billing (Approve): Review consolidated DPR/DLR from Engineers
– Approve weekly/monthly billing summaries
– Sign off on RA bills and Measurement Books
Qualifications & Competencies
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
