The Production Officer is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling daily production activities in the frozen chicken processing plant to ensure production targets, product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency are achieved. The role ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI regulations, and company SOPs while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Poultry Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
