About the Role:
We are looking for highly driven and empathetic Business Development Executive Interns to join ourBusiness Development team. The role involves interacting with authors, understanding their publishingneeds, and guiding them through customized publishing packages that align with their goals.
Responsibilities and Roles include:
● Connect with authors via calls, WhatsApp, Video Call and emails.
● Understand the author’s publishing journey, motivations, and expectations.
● Present relevant publishing packages and onboard the authors.
● Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and conversations on the CRM (LeadSquared).
● Coordinate with the editorial and operations team post onboarding.
● Achieve monthly onboarding revenue targets aligned with incentive structure.
● You will be working 5 days a Week from Mon to Fri. Saturday and Sunday will be your Week off.
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
● Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
● Any experience in B2C/B2B Sales is a plus.
● Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● Candidates with previous experience in the publishing industry are a plus.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Pay: ₹4,150,000.00 per year
