Position: Project Manager
Location: Maharashtra / Goa
Experience: 15+ Years with Contracting Companies (Industrial & Commercial Construction)
Qualification: BE /B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering. Any other Certification in related field.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects with full ownership of execution, cost, quality, and safety. The role demands strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver projects within timelines and budget.
Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and execution strategy
Ensure timely project delivery with effective progress monitoring and control
Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability
Drive quality standards and safety compliance across site
Handle contractors, vendors, and resource allocation efficiently
Act as key interface for client and consultant coordination
Identify and resolve project risks and critical issues
Lead and develop project team with strong ownership and accountability
Ensure accurate and timely project reporting (progress, cost, MIS)
Strong project execution and planning expertise
Experience in cost control and commercial management
Leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and coordination ability
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
