Job Responsibility:
- Handling leads generated through Ireland/UK client’s internal portal/CRM system
- Conducting outbound calls to warm or pre-qualified prospects
- Converting portal leads into successful sales
- Managing follow-ups, objections, and closing sales remotely
- Meeting revenue and conversion targets
- Experience in energy, utility, gas, or electricity sales preferred
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Min 1 year of experience in International voice process
- Experience handling international or Ireland-based clients preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
