- Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Maintain employee records, office files, and confidential documents.
- Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation when required.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor office maintenance and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Process invoices, expense records, and other administrative documentation.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative requirements.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
