You'll work closely with the team to lead daily store operations, inspire the sales team, and help customers discover jewellery they'll cherish for years.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build lasting relationships
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Guide customers with expert product knowledge and styling advice
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Coach and motivate the sales team
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and jewellery security
- Support in-store promotions and events
- Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail sales, preferably luxury, fashion, or jewellery
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for jewellery, design, and craftsmanship
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent
- Good spoken English
