Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Thiruvalla, Kerala

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Promote residential projects through calls, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
- Age: 24–35 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good English and Malayalam speaking skills
- Valid driving license preferred (optional)
