About the Role
Retro Aviation is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming experience for students, parents, and visitors while efficiently managing admissions support, enquiries, and administrative coordination.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office.
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website enquiries.
- Guide prospective students regarding courses and admission procedures.
- Coordinate admission appointments and counselling schedules.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM/database.
- Supervise front office executives and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the Placement, Marketing, Academic, and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of student records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly enquiry and admission reports.
- Monitor front office inventory, stationery, and housekeeping requirements.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional presentation.
- Handle complaints and resolve visitor concerns professionally.
- Support event coordination, seminars, orientation programs, and campus activities.
- Follow up with prospective students to improve admission conversions.
- Ensure adherence to institute policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Front Office, Administration, Customer Relations, or Education Management is preferred.
- Experience in educational institutions is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
