We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and result-driven Team Lead who can inspire a sales team while consistently delivering individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Drive individual sales performance while setting an example for the team.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct daily team huddles, training sessions, and sales reviews.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students regarding our training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
- Ensure timely closures and maximize revenue generation.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain CRM records with complete accuracy.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales is mandatory.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
