Sales Executive – Sree Meditec Job Title: Sales Executive Company: Sree Meditec Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The role involves meeting doctors, hospital administrators, and biomedical engineering teams to understand their requirements, present suitable products, and successfully close sales. Key Responsibilities Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions regularly. Meet doctors and explain the features and benefits of medical equipment. Coordinate with hospital administrators regarding procurement and purchasing requirements. Interact with biomedical engineers and technical teams to provide product information and demonstrations. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers. Negotiate prices and terms with customers. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Monitor competitor products and market trends. Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Good negotiation and sales-closing abilities. Relationship-building and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare industry. Ability to travel and meet clients regularly. Problem-solving and teamwork skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business preferred). Previous experience in medical equipment sales is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of customer visits per month. Lead generation and conversion rate. Sales revenue achieved. Customer satisfaction and retention. New hospital and clinic acquisitions.
