Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about RiSEUP ENTERPRISES’ solar products, services, and financing options.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Prepare and present customized solar proposals and quotations to clients based on their specific requirements.
Deliver presentations to clients that explain product benefits, system design, financial savings, and government schemes.
Collaborate with the pre-sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
After-Sales Support:
Assist in resolving any post-installation issues or customer complaints by coordinating with the operations and technical teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and seek referrals for future business opportunities.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
Negotiation: Skilled at handling negotiations and addressing objections in a persuasive manner.
Customer Service: A customer-focused approach with an emphasis on building long-term relationships.
Product Knowledge: Understanding of solar products, system design, and financial models (training will be provided)
Field-based role with regular site visits to customer locations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
