oversee daily operations, manage a team of 15–20 employees, coordinate with clients, support business
development activities, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily business operations.
- Lead and guide a team of 15–20 employees.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Support business development and company growth initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings and business discussions.
- Be a part of final-round candidate interviews and hiring decisions.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in BPO, IT, Non-IT Recruitment, Staffing, or Service Industry preferred.
Salary
Salary: As per company standards.
