Job Summary
The institution seeks to appoint a qualified and experienced High School Mathematics Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction and contribute to academic excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to high school students, fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and conceptual understanding in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Mathematics lessons in alignment with the school curriculum and academic standards
- Teach core mathematical concepts, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics, using effective pedagogical practices
- Develop students’ problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude
- Design and administer assessments, assignments, and examinations to evaluate student performance
- Provide timely feedback and academic support to students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Create a disciplined, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and digital resources
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teaching qualification is mandatory/preferred
- Minimum of one (1)–three (3) years of relevant teaching experience at the high school level
- Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in mathematical concepts
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
