Responsibilities:
- Manage the Company Director's schedule and calendar efficiently.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Director.
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare for meetings, including agendas and supporting documents.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to the Director.
- Manage and prioritize emails, responding on the Director's behalf when required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documents related to the Director's office.
- Use AI-powered tools to draft correspondence, summarize meetings, prepare reports, and enhance productivity.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with strong written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commonly used office applications.
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tools for document drafting, research, scheduling, presentations, and workflow automation.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) or PUC (Pre-University Course) in any discipline.
