Designation: Production Senior Engineer
Experience: 8+ Years (Injection Moulding – Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end injection moulding production activities
- Manage shop floor operations and ensure production targets are met
- Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues
- Optimize cycle time, reduce rejection, and improve efficiency
- Supervise manpower and ensure smooth shift operations
- Maintain quality standards and coordinate with QA team
- Ensure preventive maintenance of machines and molds
- Implement safety and 5S practices on the shop floor
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in injection moulding processes
- Machine handling and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of different moulding materials and parameters
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Production planning and execution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
