- Responsible for service team In- house Induction.
- Preparation of requirement based training modules.
- Planning and ensuring adherence to KIN training calendar.
- Coordinating with team for training nomination and 100% attendance.
- Regular practice of training employee as prescribed.
- Should have understanding of training methodologies.
- Should be an auto enthusiast.
- Conducting and planning training sessions for employees.
- Should have proper product knowledge to provide training to employees.
- Must have technical knowledge of Automobiles product.
