Position Overview:
The AI Prompt Engineer & Photo Editing Specialist will be responsible for generating high-quality AI-driven fashion imagery and performing detailed post-production editing to meet brand and client standards. You will collaborate closely with our U.S. creative directors to bring apparel designs to life through precision, consistency, and creative accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret client briefs and Illustrator CADs to write clear, optimized AI image prompts for tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, MidJourney, Leonardo, and Runway.
Generate on-model, flat-lay, and lifestyle fashion imagery in both studio and environmental settings.
Execute advanced photo editing, retouching, compositing, and cleanup in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Maintain garment accuracy — including fit, proportions, drape, color, and construction details (stitching, hems, fabric texture, labels).
Apply consistent lighting, tone, and realism across all deliverables (front, back, side, ¾, and macro).
Adhere to strict file naming, export settings, and aspect ratio standards (e.g., 2048×2048, 1920×1080).
Collaborate with the creative lead team for reviews, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to dataset development and AI training refinement for internal optimization.
Qualifications:
2–10 years of experience in fashion photo editing, AI imagery creation, or visual content production.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (2023+), Lightroom, and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of AI generation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, MidJourney, Leonardo, Runway, or similar).
Strong understanding of fashion design, garment construction, color correction, and visual balance.
Strong written English and ability to understand and execute creative direction.
Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to workflow.
Experience collaborating remotely with international clients preferred.
Must-Have: Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must include a link or PDF portfolio demonstrating:
AI-generated image samples or prompt-based image outputs.
Before-and-after photo retouching and compositing examples.
Fashion or apparel-related image editing work.
Any prompt text samples or AI workflow screenshots that illustrate your creative process.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with fashion CADs, fabric visualization, and apparel category nuances.
Understanding of prompt engineering and image-to-image generation.
Experience in production-level workflows using shared drives, Asana, or Slack.
Strong sense of composition, lighting, and human realism in AI-rendered imagery.
