Job Description – Telecaller Sales Executive (Freshers & Experienced)
Pro Migration is hiring enthusiastic, confident, and goal-oriented Telecaller Sales Executives to join our growing immigration consultancy team. We welcome both freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and customer service, as well as experienced candidates with a background in telecalling, sales, or the immigration industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain immigration, study visa, visitor visa, work permit, and PR services to clients.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable guidance regarding immigration programs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams for smooth client processing.
