Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Political Campaign Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and management of political campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, sound political knowledge, and an established network of influencers to effectively execute campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee political campaign activities in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 + campaign professionals, ensuring timely execution of tasks and achievement of campaign goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of influencers, digital creators, public figures, and local stakeholders to enhance campaign outreach.
- Coordinate with political leaders, campaign strategists, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor political developments, public sentiment, and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions.
- Execute digital and field campaign initiatives to maximize voter engagement and public awareness.
- Prepare campaign reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams, external partners, and campaign stakeholders.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and operational activities while maintaining high standards of execution.
- Represent the organization professionally during campaign meetings, events, and public engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in political campaign management, election campaigns, political consulting, public affairs, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of 10 or more members.
- Strong understanding of political processes, election strategies, governance, and voter engagement.
- Established network of influencers, digital creators, or political stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by campaign schedules.
