Senior Scientist (Bio-Analytical and Bio-Assay)

*Experience : 4-6 Year of experience in relevant areas and prior industry experience is preferable. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in protein estimation and characterization techniques (e.g., UV spectroscopy, colorimetric assays, chromatography-based methods, electrophoresis).
*Education: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology or a related discipline
**Position Summary : The ideal candidate will be a part of core Bio-Analytical/Assay team performing medium to high-throughput assays and play a key role in:
1. Design, develop, and optimize analytical methods for quantification and characterization of proteins and other biomolecules (peptides, nucleic acids, lipids, carbohydrates, etc.).
2. Develop and refine assays including UV/Vis, BCA, Bradford, SEC-HPLC/UPLC, RP-HPLC, IEX, SDS-PAGE, IEF, ELISA, SPR, and mass spectrometry-based methods, and establish structural and functional characterization workflows.
3. Evaluate and implement emerging analytical technologies, perform routine and non-routine sample analysis, and analyse, interpret, and report complex analytical data.
4. Author and execute method qualification/validation protocols (ICH Q2(R1)), support method transfer to QC, CMOs, or partner laboratories, and prepare technical reports, SOPs, protocols, and audit-ready documentation.
5.Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Development, Formulation, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams while providing technical mentorship to junior scientists and presenting findings at internal and external forums.
