Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support the Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, statutory compliance support, office administration, vendor coordination, and general HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and regularization.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.).
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
Administration
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Monitor office assets, inventory, and stationery procurement.
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics when required.
- Process purchase requests and maintain vendor records.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and documentation activities.
- Support facility management and workplace safety initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Qualfications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in HR and Administration.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of payroll support, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
