Job TITLE : CAD DESIGNER
As a CAD Designer at Usha Fire Safety, Your role involves using computer-aided design (CADD) Software to create technical drawings and plans for fire safety systems., Specifically focusing on emergency egress routes plans for top multinational corporations (MNCs) and industries across pan India. You will be crucial in visualizing and designing effective fire safety solutions for various large- scale projects. Your primary responsibility will be to create efficient and effective plans, ensuring the safety of occupants during emergencies.This includes designing clear and accessible escape routes that comply with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess building layouts and structures to design optimal emergency egress routes for top MNCs and industrial projects across pan India.
Development detailed evacuation plans that include exist paths, assembly points and safety equipment location .
Design fire safety systems, including layout and equipment placements.
Use design software and tools to create visually clear and understandable evacuation plans .
Stay informed about safety codes and regulations related to emergency procedure.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards nd safety regulations.
Communication with clients to understand design requirements and provide updates on project status.
Provide support to project managers and other teams during design phases.
Maintain regular communication with internal sales teams, ensuring they are informed about design progress and requirements.
Handle mail and customer inquiries effectively, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
Manage purchase order, stock level and vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and availability of necessary materials.
Coordinate with the Marketing to ensure alignment on design talks and projects timelines.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
