Job Title: Data Analyst (3-5 Years Experience)Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling both Primary and Secondary Research data, transforming raw data into meaningful insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze primary data (surveys, interviews, internal systems, CRM tools).
- Gather and interpret secondary data (market research reports, public datasets, third-party sources).
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI / Excel.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
- Write optimized queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
- Support forecasting and predictive analysis initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of primary vs secondary data collection methods
- Proficiency in:
- SQL
- Excel (Advanced - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Power BI
- Python
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and modeling
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web scraping / automation tools (e.g., N8N, APIs)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data handling
- Exposure to market research or business intelligence projects
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
