About the Opportunity:
One of our clients is looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in building Agentic AI solutions within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-grade deployments.
Must-Have Skills:
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions
- Build Agentic AI & ML applications using the following stack:
- Programming Language: Python
- APIs: FastAPI
- Orchestration Frameworks: LangGraph / LangChain / CrewAI
- Cloud: Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure & implementation using AWS / Azure / GCP
- AI Coding Assistants: GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code
- Experience with MCP servers & tools, and evaluation frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle integration of AI solutions with HSBC internal & external systems and data ecosystems
- Implement observability and guardrails around AI solutions
- Build CI/CD pipelines using containerization for faster and reliable deployments
- Ensure auditability and explainability across AI/ML solutions
Additional Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience working in enterprise/banking environments is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
