Work Hours - 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days from the office/week)
Experience - Required: 3–5 Years
Notice period - Imm - 15 days
Skills -
End-to-end preparation and management of budget
Cash forecast, rolling forecast, adding comments to justify forecast numbers
Updating and managing finance & budget trackers
Downloading multiple reports and consolidating inputs
Performing detailed variance analysis
Participating in the burn meeting to capture and implement required updates
Proficient in adv excel( pivot, validations, working on macros based reports)

About the role

Responsibilities:
- Become expert in OHG financial systems and reporting

Follow, participate, and enforce financial management processes, documentation, and trainings, shifting responsibility from Account Services and Project Management teams

Support Project Management and Account Services in completing administrative tasks related to day-to-day financial management

Own tasks related to project creation and contracting with intercompany and third-party vendors

Assist teams in preparing documentation for both internal and external meetings

Own input of monthly client forecast

Other duties as assigned by VP, Director of Business Operations
