Deputy Manager – AOI & SPI
Location: Pune
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – AOI & SPI to manage and improve AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) processes in SMT/PCB manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AOI & SPI operations and ensure smooth production support.
- Monitor inspection quality, defects, and process performance.
- Analyze defects and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Optimize inspection programs and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Lead and develop the AOI & SPI team.
- Drive continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and process optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AOI/SPI and SMT manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly and SMT processes.
- Experience with AOI/SPI machines, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Engineering/Diploma qualification in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- AOI : 7 years (Preferred)
- SPI: 7 years (Preferred)
