About the role
SRI Traders is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Manager to oversee and coordinate design activities for manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will manage multidisciplinary design coordination, prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and shop drawings, and work closely with Revit/BIM teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery. Experience with data center projects is a plus.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage design coordination across disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP).
- Prepare, review, and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop and submit detailed shop drawings per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Revit/BIM team to align CAD and BIM models and support clash resolution.
- Maintain a working understanding of Revit workflows to support coordination efforts.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Track design progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Provide design-related support to project teams during execution.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in design coordination and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Revit workflows and coordination.
- Strong understanding of shop drawings and construction detailing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior exposure to data center projects is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
