The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the entire Human Resources function of Adhithya Chakravarthy Foods Private Limited. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training and development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The HR Manager will ensure that HR policies and practices support business objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and industry regulations
Pay: ₹15,515.45 - ₹54,467.60 per month
