Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records (joining, attendance, leave, and exit records)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and attendance data
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.)
- Support performance appraisal and training activities
- Manage employee attendance and leave records
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
