Role - Manager Documentation
Responsibilities
Export Operations:
· Prepare sales contracts, shipment schedules, and shipping documents as per buyer requirements.
· Coordinate with buyers for order confirmation, markings, and documentation approvals.
· Update shipment tracking and ensure document dispatch as per payment terms.
· Handle customer queries, follow up for payments, and assist in marine insurance claim processing.
· Manage export-related licenses (EPCG, Advance, DFIA) and RODTEP applications.
· Make sure all advance is received from buyer before shipment.
· Make sure all credit buyers have been reported to credit insurance.
· Ensure timely identification of shipments executed on CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms.
· For all sales made on CIF terms insurance must be taken for those shipments without fail instead of ensure timely identification of shipments executed on CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) terms.
Import Operations:
· Prepare purchase contracts and shipping instructions.
· Coordinate with shippers, CHA, and transporters for shipment clearance and delivery.
· Monitor shipment status, verify documents, and arrange shipper payments as per terms.
· Update import data, Bill of Entry (BE).
· Handle claims and verify CHA bills for accounts submission.
· Ensure that for all goods purchased from suppliers on CNF (Cost and Freight) terms, suppliers are timely informed to arrange appropriate marine insurance coverage.
High Seas & Merchant Trade:
· Prepare and execute High Seas Sale and Merchant Trade contracts.
· Coordinate with shippers and buyers for documentation and shipment updates.
· Manage payment follow-ups and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
· Maintain accurate records and update bank BE status for closure.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
