1. Assist in planning and organizing periodic technical and non-technical training sessions for
service personnel.
z. Conduct induction and refresher training for new joiners and existing staff under the
supervision ofthe main ln-House Trainer.
3. Ensure that all trainiig modules prescribed by MSIL are delivered as per schedule and
updated content.
4. MSIL Trainings: Coordinate with the MSIL Training Head as and when required.
s. Support hands-on workshop training for Technicians and Floor supervisors.
o. Maintain training aids, workshop tools, and multimedia used during training sessions.
z. Maintenance and upkeep ofin-houie training center.
8. No haining should be cancelled or postponed without prior approval from the SGM and GMHR
& Admio.
g. Various initiatives to be put forward for motivating the service team and Coordinate with the
HR department for various activities & events.
10. Must establish and maintain good relation with all BRD Members, Superiors and Maruti
officials.
I t. T;aining calendar must be prepared in advance and get prior approval from SGM and GMHR
& Admin
12. If you find any abnormality br attitude issue or any types of illegal activity related to any
staff, that should be immediately reported to GM-H.R & Admin.
13. Ensure Balance score card score for achieving the Certifications.
14. Monitor master certification program.
ts. Coordinate the MSIL Training Happening at dealership and maintaining adequate manpower
for each training and ensure the effectiveness of training is monitored
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
