Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and creative Freelance Cinematographers to collaborate on premium video productions across the real estate, architecture, infrastructure, and built-environment sectors.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong cinematic vision, technical expertise in professional camera operations, lighting, and composition, along with advanced post-production knowledge, including colour correction and colour grading. This role requires individuals who can consistently deliver visually compelling, broadcast-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality video shoots for interviews, documentaries, podcasts, project walkthroughs, corporate films, and industry events.
- Capture cinematic footage using professional camera equipment, gimbals, drones (where licensed), lighting, and audio systems.
- Plan shot composition, framing, lighting, and camera movement to create visually engaging content.
- Perform professional colour correction and colour grading to ensure a consistent cinematic look.
- Coordinate with directors, anchors, producers, and editorial teams to execute production requirements efficiently.
- Manage footage, media backups, and project files professionally.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw footage and edited outputs as per project timelines.
- Travel across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) for shoots as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cinematography, filmmaking, or commercial video production.
- Strong expertise in operating DSLR, Mirrorless, and Cinema Camera systems.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred for professional colour correction and colour grading)
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Cinematic lighting
- Camera movement and composition
- Audio recording techniques
- Colour science and grading workflows
- Video codecs, export settings, and delivery formats
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial, documentary, or corporate work.
- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high production standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Owns professional camera and production equipment (preferred).
- Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, hospitality, or corporate filmmaking will be an added advantage.
